The electric pressure cooker has become a part and parcel of modern-day kitchens. This blog needs no introduction about my love for Instant Pot. I love it so much and can you believe that I have two Instant Pot? And yes, I use them both regularly.

Every state in India has its unique cuisine and also several regional cuisines. I know it’s difficult to generalize, but I have put together a list of recipes from the states of South India(Andhra, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana) that you can make in Instant Pot.
Even though the list is small, you can find the basic recipes that you need for your everyday cook right from sambar to pappu(dal), rasam, stir-fry, kootu.
