Yet another summer recipe is here. Here is a simple homemade popsicle prepared with rose syrup and roohafza. A quick fix with 5 ingredients under 10 minutes. (It does takes time to set though) All we need to do is mix and freeze in you favorite molds and of course slurp and enjoy. :-)
Here we are, with the difficult alphabet ‘X’. I am posting an ice-cream recipe today with Xanthan Gum and also some additional information about the same. Half a teaspoon is more than enough for this ice-cream.
A simple home made popsicle with two ingredients – Kala khatta syrup and water. Kala means black color in hindi and Khatta means sour. This syrup is prepared from the jamun fruit. It is a sweet and sour syrup perfect for ice golas and popsicles. This is one of the popular street side food.
Here is another summer special popsicle recipe. A semi home made popsicle prepared with black currant juice and pomegranate extract. Like Kala Khatta, you need to mix everything with water and pour it in your favorite molds and let it set. These fruit flavored popsicles are as simple as that.
Summer is here and we all want to be in outdoors and have something cool and refreshing. Melons are one of the best coolants, especially water melons. I want to make something refreshing and yummy, at the same time. So here comes my watermelon popsicle with falooda seeds and roohafza. Roohafza adds a special flavor to this popsicle and makes it completely refreshing. Falooda seeds adds more texture and its completely optional.
