Last year was a true roller coaster ride for me. I was hoping 2019 would be better, and it started with a bang! You know, I must have read that email a million times — I was dumbstruck, and after a while, replied yes without second thoughts.

Then, a LOT of cooking happened followed by a lot of writing and, of course, editing as well. I want to thank Callisto Media for giving me this fantastic opportunity and all the editors who patiently read all the recipes and helped me with this book.

Plus, you’ll find an entire dessert chapter to satisfy your sweet tooth!
