– 200 grams mango chopped (2 small mangoes) – 200 grams pineapple chopped – 2 cups orange juice freshly squeezed or store-bought – ½ cup water if needed

Step 1

Freeze the chopped mangoes and pineapples overnight or atleast for 6 hours. (During the season, you can chop and freeze them and use when required).

Step 2

Keep the frozen fruit at room temperature for 20 minutes so that the blending is easy. Add the orange juice, frozen mangoes, and pineapples into the blender.

Step 3

Blend it until smooth. If needed, add water while blending. Transfer it to the serving glasses (smoothie will be thick) and enjoy!
