LET'S GET STARTED
– 100 grams lychee peeled, deseeded and chopped roughly (I took about nine lychees as shown in the video) – 2 tbsp sugar or to taste –1.5 cups of yogurt I used 2% reduced-fat yogurt – ½ cup water – 2 tbsp rose syrup divided Measurement details: 1 cup = 240ml; 1 tbsp = 15ml; 1 tsp = 5ml.
– Peel and deseed the lychee and cut the edible flesh part roughly. I got about 100 grams of lychee. – In a blender, add the lychee, sugar, yogurt, water, and 1 tbsp of rose syrup. – Blend it thoroughly. I used my Blendtec and used the smoothie setting.
– Now check the consistency and, if required, add more water and pulse it again. – Drizzle some rose syrup and serve right away.
