– watermelon peeled, deseeded and chopped into chunks – ginger peeled and roughly chopped – nannari/sarsaparilla syrup optional (refer notes) – ice cubes as required, optional

STEP 1

– Add the ingredients in the blender in batches and blend it thoroughly. I blended half of the watermelon with half the ginger amount and  nannari syrup and then blended the other half.

STEP 2

– Mix the juice thoroughly and serve right away or refrigerate it and serve cold.
