You will need:

– olive oil – mushrooms stems  – salt  – onion powder – Italian seasoning – garlic powder – Chipotle chili flakes – bread slices – cheese slices

Step 1

– Heat a pan or skillet and add the olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the mushrooms, salt, onion powder, garlic powder.

Step 2

– Mix well and let the mushrooms wilt a bit. Then add the chipotle chili flakes.

Step 3

– Cook the mushrooms until there is no moisture. Set these mushrooms aside.

Step 4

– Toast the bread in your preferred way. I used my toaster. Place the cheese slice on top of the bread.

STEP 5

– Now add the required amount of the cooked mushroom.

– Microwave this until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
