– 2 cups almond milk Unsweetened – 1 tsp chia seeds – 1 tbsp hemp hearts shelled hemp seeds – 2 tbsp porridge powder – 2 tbsp almond butter – 350 grams mangoes chopped (approx 2.5 cups from 3 mangoes) 8 oz shishito peppers Measurement details: 1 cup = 240ml; 1 tbsp = 15ml; 1 tsp = 5ml.

Step 1

Add all the ingredients into the blender one by one, starting with almond milk/liquid.

Step 2

Blend it until smooth and creamy. I use the smoothie setting in my Blendtec.

Step 3

Pour it into glasses and serve it right away.
