Instructions
Add the mangoes, lime juice, green chili, ginger ale, sugar if using, and ice cubes.
Blend them until smooth and well combined.
Run the lime wedge all around the glass. Make sure the glass is wet.
Put some Chile lime seasoning in a dish bigger than your glass's diameter. Tip the glass over into the lime seasoning.
Now slowly pour the blended mocktail into the glass. Add some ice cubes if desired.
Garnish it with freshly grated ginger and mint leaves.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Mango Ginger Ale Mocktail!
Notes
Adjust the quantities of mango, ginger, ginger ale, green chili, or lime juice according to your taste preferences.
If the mangoes aren't sweet, add a teaspoon of honey, sugar syrup, or sugar while blending, if desired.
I have made this drink slightly on the spicier side. But you can play with the flavors and adjust to your taste preference.
