Line a baking tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil and set aside.
Take the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave it for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring the chocolate every 30 to 45 seconds. I microwaved it for 2 minutes and 30 seconds to melt thoroughly.
Now add the cereals to the melted chocolate.
Slowly fold them in. The cereal flakes might break, and that's fine. Make sure the cereals are coated well with the chocolate.
Using an ice cream or cookie scoop, scoop out the chocolate clusters.
Place them on the baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate them for 30 to 45 minutes or until the clusters are set. It typically sets in less than 45 minutes. Store it in an air-tight container and enjoy. I typically refrigerate them, and it stays good for a week. As I always make small batches, we usually finish them in a week.
