You will need:

– Red Kidney Beans – Water  To Grind: – Grated Coconut  – Coriander Seeds – Whole Peppercorns – Kashmiri Red Chili – water For the Curry: – Coconut Oil – Cumin Seeds – Curry Leaves – Red Onion – Salt – coconut milk – fresh cilantro

Step 1

– Soak the red kidney beans and drain the water. Pressure cook the red kidney beans. – Reserve the beans water and discard the remaining water.

Step 2

– Heat the pan and add the coconut oil. Then, add the cumin seeds and torn curry leaves, allow to fry. – Add the chopped onion and cook until the onion turns translucent.

Step 3

– Add the ground masala, rajma water, and salt. Mix and cook. – Add the cooked kidney beans and coconut milk and simmer. – Add the chopped cilantro and turn off the heat. – Serve hot with rice.
