Panchamirtham

Panchamrutham or Panchamirtham is a popular prasadam prepared using banana, fresh and dried fruits, jaggery, honey and ghee. The flavors are enhanced by elaichi powder & edible camphor.

– 1 Banana – ½ Apple – 4 Dates – 2 Dried Figs ...

Ingredients

– Chop the banana into round slices. – Next, chop the apple into small pieces. – Chop the dates and figs roughly.

– Add all the ingredients except sugar candy in a bowl and mix well.

– Using a potato masher, mash them all together. Make sure the banana is mashed nicely.

– Finally add the kalkandu and mix well.
