To crush: – pepper – cumin – cloves – curry leaves Other Ingredients: – water – tomatoes – cilantro – turmeric powder – rasam powder – salt – masoor dal To Temper (optional): – ghee – mustard seeds – cumin seeds – asafoetida
- Crush the whole spices.
- Dump the ingredient into the Instant Pot.
- Cook.
- Tempering is optional. Heat a tempering pan and add the ghee. When it is hot, add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and hing. When the cumin seeds sizzle, turn off the heat and add it to the rasam.
