Elaneer Payasam — an easy dessert with just three ingredients for those sweet tooth cravings. Today I am going to share a no-cook kheer or payasam (Tamil word for kheer) or dessert-smoothie recipe with coconut milk, coconut water (elaneer/ tender coconut), and sweetened condensed milk.

You will need:

– coconut milk  – condensed milk – water 1 14 oz can – saffron strands – warm water

Step 1

– Soak the saffron strand in warm water. – Add the coconut milk and the sweet condensed milk to a blender. 

Step 2

– Blend until the sweet condensed milk is well combined.

Step 3

– Now add the coconut water and mix it. No need to blend it again.

&

– Add the soaked saffron (including the water) and refrigerate. – Garnish it with the remaining saffron strands. Serve cold.
