Carrot

– 20 baby corn – 4 tbsp ketchup – 2 tbsp sriracha – 2 tsp oil – ¼ tsp salt – 1 tsp ginger garlic paste – ⅔ cup panko (or regular bread crumbs)

Ingredients

1

In a mixing bowl, add the ketchup, sriracha, oil, salt, and ginger garlic paste. Mix thoroughly.

2

Spread the panko bread crumbs on a plate and line the air fryer basket with an aluminum foil. Now dip the baby corn in the sauce and make sure you coat the sauce evenly.

3

Then roll it over the panko breadcrumbs. Place the rolled baby corn inside the air fryer basket. Similarly coat the other baby corns with sauce and then with the breadcrumbs.

4

Cook in the air fryer.

5

When the air fryer beeps, remove the basket and carefully remove the baby corns using tongs and cook the second batch similarly.

6

Serve it hot with mayo or any other dip.

Enjoy!
