Pumpkin Pie Spiced Date and Nut Balls
Pumpkin Pie Spiced Date Balls with Mixed Nuts - No Sugar Delicious & flavorful dates and mixed nuts ball loaded with the flavor of pumpkin pie spice.

In a mixer jar, take all the nuts.
Pulse them twice or thrice and grind it into a coarse powder. Transfer it into a bowl.
Now in the same mixer jar, add the chopped dates and the pumpkin pie spice.
Pulse it once and then add the water and grind it into a coarse paste.
Transfer it to a bowl and add 2 tbsp of the ground nuts and mix it. Adding nuts makes the ground dates firm and thick.
Now pinch a small gooseberry sized date mix and shape it into a round ball.
Roll this ball in the nut mix so that the nuts get evenly coated. Set this aside.
Similarly, make round balls with the remaining mix.
Refrigerate this for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Adjust the pumpkin pie spice according to your preference. You can check the variations that I mentioned in the post and add the flavor of your choice.
- I did not roast the nuts. But you can roast the nuts slightly before pulsing it.
- You include nuts of your choice and also other dry fruits like figs etc.
