Ingredients

Baby Kale

Chopped Cantaloupe

Water
Instructions
Remove the stems from the kale and wash it.
Chop all the fruits.
Now blend them all along with water.
Notes
I used the regular blender to blend everything. Instead of water, you can use milk or dairy-free soymilk or almond milk too.
You can add in any nut butter or protein powder or other toppings of your choice.
I did not add any ice cubes and also any sugar. If required add sugar or honey as per your preference.
Adjust the water according to your consistency preference.
