¾

Powdered Sugar
Instructions
Here is my vessel in which I prepared the ghee.
Heat this vessel and add 1 cup of sathumaavu or health mix.
In medium heat, slowly roast it for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then add the powdered sugar and 1 tbsp of ghee and mix them well.
Turn the heat off and let it cool for about 5 to 7 minutes.
Once you can handle the heat, slow add little bit of ghee (don’t add the entire 2 tbsps of ghee) and shape it into balls as shown in the video.
That’s it, yummy laddus are ready. Store them in air tight container.

Notes
Instead of health mix, you can prepare this with wheat flour or ragi flour or any millet flour.
Adjust the sugar according to your preference.
If you are not using ghee vessel, heat the kadai or heavy bottomed vessel with 2 tbsps of ghee and dry roast the flour.
Cardamom powder and dry fruits can be added for additional taste.
