Parmesan cheese - a handfulI sprinkled about 1 tbsp for each naan

Instructions
Prep-Work
Chop the onions and bell peppers into thin slices.
Chop the zucchini into small rounds.
Chop the olives and mushrooms into halves.
Chop the paneer into small cubes.
Cover a baking tray with aluminum foil and spray some oil. Place the naan bread on top of it.
Steps
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
Add the veggies and paneer except for olives in a bowl and add the oil, curry powder and dried basil. Mix/ Toss them nicely and ensure the curry powder is coated evenly.
Now spread ¼ cup of pasta sauce on each naan.
Then add the curried veggie and panner mix and then the olives.
Finally, sprinkle about 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese.
Bake them for about 12 to 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Let it cool for a couple of minutes and garnish it with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust the curry powder as per your taste. It's completely optional too. Instead of dried basil, fresh basil can be used. I usually prefer adding it after baking for vegetarian pizzas. Any naan bread or kulchas can be used. I have posted preparing pizza base here. For preparing the base from scratch, you can refer this post. Adjust the vegetable quantity as per your choice. Also, you can other veggies of your choice too. Instead of paneer, mozzarella chunks can be added. There is no set measure cheese. Add more cheese to make it ooye gooye.
