  • Cilantro – 1 bunch cleaned
  • Curry leaves – 2 strands
  • Green chilly – 2 Hubby got this purple chilly from local farm, you can use the regular ones
  • Small piece of ginger
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Water – ½ cup


  • Wash the cilantro and curry leaves.
  • Just blend them together by adding ½ cup of water.

Adjust the water according to your consistency.
