Cilantro-Curry Leaves Chutney for Chaat
Cilantro – 1 bunch cleaned
Curry leaves – 2 strands
Green chilly – 2
Hubby got this purple chilly from local farm, you can use the regular ones
Small piece of ginger
Salt – ¼ tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Water – ½ cup
Wash the cilantro and curry leaves.
Just blend them together by adding ½ cup of water.

Adjust the water according to your consistency.
