Easy eggless applesauce waffles recipe with a mix of quinoa and all-purpose flour! Flavored with cinnamon and vanilla, these waffles are hard to resist!
Sieve the all-purpose flour, quinoa flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Sieving helps in a lump-free and smooth batter.
Add the apple sauce, oil, vanilla extract, and brown sugar.
Slowly add the milk and make a lump-free and smooth batter using a hand whisk. Do not overmix the batter. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
Preheat the waffle maker. I usually keep it in my medium setting. (This is the waffle maker I have). Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and close it. I usually cook mine for 6 to 7 minutes. Make the waffles as per the manufacturer's instructions and adjust the timing as per your texture preference. (crisp or soft)

Notes
Do not add more than the said measure of the baking powder. It turns the waffles bitter.
You can use milk of your choice. You need ⅓ to ½ cup of milk for this measure. I don't make a thick waffle batter, and I use the entire ½ cup. I have used the same batter for making pancakes too.
Make the waffles as per the manufacturer's instructions.
