Mix the water and the black currant concentrate and then add the sugar and whisk them well till the sugar dissolves.
Now pour this black currant mix in your favorite mold and add the mango and lychee into the molds. Add them evenly. Then freeze them until set or for atleast 4 to 6 hours.
To easily remove it from the mold, let it sit on a bowl filled with water for 20 to 30 seconds and slowly take them out. Alternatively, you can run the popsicle mold in the tap water and take them out slowly.
That's it. Yummy black currant popsicles are ready.
Slurp and Enjoy!!!!

Notes
Fruits are optional here. You can skip or add any other fruits of your choice. We liked the combo of mango and lychee, and it pairs well with the black currant syrup.
Adjust the syrup proportion and sugar according to your preference.
I have tried this recipe adding pomegranate concentrate along with black currant. You can mix and match and make your flavor combinations.
Also, you can add soaked chia seeds, basil seeds like the watermelon popsicles.
