In a mixing bowl, add the ketchup, sriracha, oil, salt, and ginger garlic paste. Mix thoroughly.
Spread the panko bread crumbs on a plate and line the air fryer basket with an aluminum foil.
Now dip the baby corn in the sauce and make sure you coat the sauce evenly. Then roll it over the panko breadcrumbs. Place the rolled baby corn inside the air fryer basket. Similarly coat the other baby corns with sauce and then with the breadcrumbs.
I cooked the baby corns in two batches. I did not load them all at once. Keep 10 in the basket and insert it into the air fryer. Set the temperature to 350 deg C and set the timer for 10 minutes and turn the air fryer.
After ten mts, when the air fryer beeps, remove the basket and carefully remove the baby corns using tongs and cook the second batch similarly.
Serve it hot with mayo or any other dip.
Notes
I used canned baby corn. If you are using frozen, make sure to bring it to room temperature.
The sauce is sufficient for 25 to 30 baby corns.
Adjust the sriracha according to your spice preference, or you can also add a tbsp of maple syrup.
