White Sesame Seeds – 1 cupIf you can find roasted white sesame seeds, you can go for it too
Honey – ¼ cup
Maple Syrup – 3 tbsps
A handful of raisins
Rice flour – 3 tbsps
Instructions
Dry roast white sesame seeds till they brown.
Now to that add the honey, maple syrup and raisins.
In medium heat, simmer this for 3 to 4 minutes. This simmering helps to mold the balls easily.
Let it cool to Luke warm temperature.
Rub your palms with Rice flour and start making balls or shapes of your choice.
Notes
Instead of maple syrup, corn syrup can be used too. Start making the balls when the sesame seed mixture is luke warm. The rice flour helps in setting it up.
