Add the baking poweder, sugar and baking soda and mix well.
To this add the tutti frutti and raisins and mix and make sure the dry fruits are well coated with the flour.
Now in a separate vessel mix the wet ingredients and mix well.
Slowly add this mix to the dry ingredients and incorporate well.
Now add the chopped nuts and 1 tbsp of oil and mix well.
Grease the loaf pan with 1 tbsp of oil and add the batter and bake it for 45 minutes or until a toothpick when inserted comes out clean.
Notes
A tsp of vanilla essence can be added. Instead of baking it in loaf pan, you can bake it in cake pan also. Whipped cream with peppermints will be a perfect topping.
