A flavorful Indian bread with Avocado and Sambhar podi
Wheat flour – 3 cups
Avocado – 2
Sambhar Podi – 2 tsps
Salt – 3 tsps
Water – for mixing the dough.
approx. ¾ to 1 cup
Oil – if you planning to make it like chapatti
Peel the skin and remove the seed from avocado.
Crumble them roughly and add it to the wheat flour.
Add the sambhar podi and salt also.
Knead the dough slowly by adding water.
Let the dough sit for 10 minutes.
Now make small balls and roll the roti.
Either you can make it phulka without adding any oil or you can prepare it by adding oil also.
No need to add oil in the dough.
Also don’t let the dough rest for more than 15 minutes.
