Mix all the ingredients together and whisk them well till the sugar dissolves.
Now pour this rose syrup mix in your favorite molds and freeze them for unto 4 to 6 hrs or until it is set.
To easily remove it from the mold, let it sit on a bowl filled with water for 20 to 30 seconds and slowly take them out. Alternatively, you can run the popsicle mold in the tap water and take them out slowly.
That’s it. Yummy homemade popsicles are ready.

You can prepare this popsicle either with rooh afza or with rose syrup alone.
Adjust the syrup proportion and sugar according to your preference.
You can add a tbsp of lemon juice or lime juice with a zest for additional flavor.
You can also include 2 tbsps of fresh fruits or berries or soaked chia seeds or basil seeds. This recipe is a basic version, and you can enhance it as per your liking.
