Ingredients
Water Melon - ½ of medium sized fruit
about 3 cups
Ginger - 1 inch
Sugar / Roohafza - optional
Instructions
Peel the watermelon skin and take out the pulp.
Peel the ginger skin and chop them roughly.
Now blend them both together.
That’s it. Yummy Water melon juice is ready.
Notes
No water is required for this juice. Water melon provides the water content.
If required you can add around ½ cup.
Depending upon the water melon sweetness, add sugar.
Rose Syrup or Roohafza can be added for additional refreshing taste.
