Xanthan Gum | Vegan Mango Ice Cream Using Xanthan Gum

Here we are, with the difficult alphabet ‘X’. I am posting an ice-cream recipe today with Xanthan Gum and also some additional information about the same. This is a vegan homemade ice-cream prepared with coconut milk, alphonso mango pulp and almond milk without Ice-cream maker.  Xanthan Gum is used here to obtain the creamy texture. Half a teaspoon is more than enough for this ice-cream.

Watermelon – Roohafza Popsicle

Summer is here and we all want to be in outdoors and have something cool and refreshing. Melons are one of the best coolants, especially water melons. I want to make something refreshing and yummy, at the same time. So here comes my watermelon popsicle with falooda seeds and roohafza. Roohafza adds a special flavor to this popsicle and makes it completely refreshing. Falooda seeds adds more texture and its completely optional.
