We are down to last two recipes. For Y, I am going to share Christmas cake roll recipe famous in Swiss, Belgium and other European countries. It’s the Yule Log cake or Yule log roll. Yule log is a delicious, moist vanilla cake rolled and shaped to look like a tree branch which then smothered with chocolate whipped cream frosting. This recipe is surely a feast for the eyes and mouth.

Finally, I am posting a cake recipe for this blogging marathon. I am glad that I am sharing our family favorite – Tres Leches Cake, of course, the eggless version. :-) We all know that this is a famous Mexican cake and Tres means three and leches mean milk. It’s a sponge cake soaked in three milk mixture; Whole milk /heavy cream, condensed milk, and evaporated milk. I did not use any butter for this recipe. It’s light, spongy cake with the air bubble, and this texture helps to absorb the milk and make it moist and juicy.
The month of Mega Marathon – April is finally here. Here is a simple cake pops prepared from the microwave eggless vanilla cake. The single serving microwave eggless cakes are very easy to prepare and you can prepare these any time. The cake pops are prepared by crumbling these microwave cake pops and making into small balls and coating them with your favorite frosting. This might seem like a big process but its super simple and it can be done in a jiffy. It does take some time for setting though. ;-)
The second recipe that I am trying from the top 100 dishes is the slow cooker chocolate lava cake. I never thought of baking in slow cooker. When I saw this recipe I was super amazed and tried it right away but without eggs though. This time I used the Egg Replacer powder as the egg substitute.
